Cheyenne, Wyoming was the capital and most populated city within the Allied States of America. Prior to the September Attacks, Cheyenne was the largest city and state capital of Wyoming, however at the time it had a population under 100,000. Following the attakcs, which destroyed 27 American cities, Cheyenne became the powerbase for Senator Tomarchio, who created the Allied States of America with Cheyenne as its capital. Following the city's adoption as the capital of the Allied States, the city was expanded rapidly, also becoming the location of the headquarters of Jennings & Rall. While in the city, Jake Green commented to Gray Anderson that Jennings & Rall did not take long to rebuild their own country.
